   We sat on the patio. Heaters worked great and it was a bit less noisy so conversation was easier. First time for my 16 yr old son who raved about the fish tacos and Mac and cheese. My gold and blue martini was excellent as always.

   Nice casual place - every Hudson House has a very different level of sophistication- or not….this one is a NOT! 🤷‍♂️

   MJ our server was amazing. She knew the menu and loved the food herself so that was a plus. We sat outside and loved the environment. Wasn’t too loud or anything. Food and drinks were AMAZING!! Can’t wait to come back. Probably my favorite place now for brunch in TX altogether

   First of all, the happy hour drinks and the food are amazing! What we had a bad experience with was the manager. Today we had a reservation for four at 4 PM on the patio. It turned out that it was raining and even though it was a covered patio, they would not seat us. They said we could look for a spot in the bar if we wanted happy hour prices and nothing was available so we asked if we could sit in the main area. The manager was talking to another person while we could hear and said "they think they're special" to get happy hour prices in the main dining area. They did give us a table, but I absolutely will not come back. Tip for management.: Don't talk poorly about your customers in front of them.

   Cool spot that had tasty food and cocktails. Ambience was nice, but very noisy and hard to hear the waitress and others across the table from you at times.
