Humber is a two level venue dedicated to a unique food a drink culture in the heart of Wollongong.

The middle level is home to a warm and inviting cocktail bar. Understated glamour and art deco inspired touches are featured with a huge brass topped bar, exposed brick walls and dark timber floors. A vibrant color palate brings this unique space to life. The perfect spot to sip cocktails and indulge in some tapas plates

Out in the fresh air, our Rooftop terrace & bar is the perfect inner city escape. The spot to enjoy a cocktail under the night sky, or watch the sun set over Wollongong.

Thank you for accommodating our late arrival. The night was great but the toilets were in pretty bad shape at 9:00pm.

I thought the staff at Humber just weren’t selling the idea of a cocktail bar. There was little enjoyment on their part which impacted on the atmosphere. A shame because alit of work has gone into creating a visually great space. I also think asking for a tip before being served is a bit back to front.

The music was a little too loud. Was hard to hold a conversation. But that's a small thing. Everything was amazing.
