   We arrived exactly when the restaurant opened at 4:30 with reservations. Had I used the ladies' restroom before eating, I would have turned around and left. It was absolutely filthy. That bathroom had not been maintained at all today; if this is how the restroom is managed, I am concerned about how you maintain your kitchen.

   We were at Hyde Park for restaurant week. The food selections were better than other restaurants. Our server Natasha and her assistant were very attentive and helpful. The food was outstanding.

   Stopped by for Restaurant Week. Caesar Salad and Salmon were excellent. The crabcake was disappointing. Dry inside and burnt a bit outside. Would have appreciated a choice of deserts. Nit a fan of chocolate and that was the only choice. Service was excellent.

   Excellent as always. Delicious steak and very professional service. One quibble—it was restaurant week, 3 courses for $49. The menu for this offer was limited as expected but in the starter and entree categories there were several choices. However, there was only one choice for dessert—a very rich chocolate cake. While I was delighted, my husband doesn’t like chocolate at all. He was told he could not have a substitute dessert, the restaurant gave us a second chocolate dessert “to go”. Not really an appropriate solution.

   Love Hyde Park. Have been going there for 20+ years and have hosted 3 private events there in the last 2 years. With that said, last night was the first time I experienced what could have been a potential issue. But, I could even say a word, Antonio, (not my server, but a server in the area of my table) stepped in and immediately sought to understand my concern. Following that, he ensured a manager swooped in. The manager went above and beyond to make sure the situation was resolved. Mistakes are going to happen, so I think 1 potential mistake in 20 years is nothing short of amazing! As always, I had an exceptional experience at this incredible steak house. I will definitely be back and will be sure to request Antonio as my service liaison in the future.

   Overall, good experience however we had to send a steak back is not cooked properly and then they offered us a free glass of wine. The bill came and they charged us for the extra glass of wine and for the second steak remake they ended up making it right however it took us over three hours from the time we sat down till the time we finished people kept coming and going as we sat
