Have always been a big fan of Ichi Ni. We hadn’t been for quite some time and went as a group of 4. At first service was wonderful. We then ordered drinks and they took 55 minutes to come (ordering 2 wines and 2 soft drinks). We had already eaten most of our starters at this point. We had to ask a few times to make sure they were actually coming. The sushi never disappoints but other dishes were definitely not as polished as they used to be. Sad because we loved this place but probably won’t be going back.

Really great service. We always love going back to this place. The people are lovely and they made us feel extra special on our special occasion. Food is amazing and some good recommendations. You can never go wrong.

The place was lovely and the food was delicious, just a shame we got seated upstairs where it's less vibrant rather than the main room downstairs. The service was also quite slow in getting our drinks to us on both rounds and when we asked to order more food, the wait staff were going to send someone over and they never came. We didn't end up ordering more as we needed to leave. The good was excellent and perhaps just an off night. Hopefully next time we'll be seated downstairs

Waited 15mins (no exaggeration), at our table before one of the waiting staff came and acknowledged us and brang us water to start off with.Food was amazing, it never disappoints.

Overall excellent experience… got one of the set menus and a course was missed and brought out after we got deserts and about to leave. Was still happy with everything and given it was Valentine’s Day little things like this can happen

Valentine’s Day so was busier than usual but unacceptably long wait for drinks / set menu was all over the place, with dishes arriving randomly and deserts before mains?! Staff had no clue despite being polite. Food was not bad and reasonably priced , nice atmosphere

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Staff were clueless, kept giving us the wrong dishes. We had the Valentine’s Day special and 2 of the 6 dishes were above expectations, the others were, a cash grab, to say the least.
