Servers and bartenders are fantastic, the front desk at the hotel needs a little work or training from these people

We brunched. Sat at the cool bar. Fun spritzes and tonics. Great spanish take on a brunch menu. Food was stellar. After eating, check out the art on the second floor.

One of the coolest restaurants in the city from ambiance and decor. Overall the food and drinks are great. We’ve had paella all over the world and this was fine, but not the best ever. But still highly recommend this restaurant!

Really cool place to eat. Make sure to go upstairs before dinner to see the art. Food was creative, delicious and exceptional. Definitely, a place to go while in STL

Excellent food, great waiter and nice feel to the place. The only problem was that some of the dishes were late to the table, but the quality of the food made up for that. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously.

We just celebrated my husbands birthday and had a great experience. Food was delicious, staff was so attentive and help us made the celebration a special one for him. They gave him champagne and 2 desserts to congratulate him.

We were blown away by the physical building. It's gorgeous! And museum on second floor was amazing. There were four of us and we ordered 8 small plates. The sardines were fabulous! Ceasar salad so good. A few other plates were good, like tuna on toast, potatoes and churros were great. Octopus and meatballs were ok. I'd definitely come back. Our server ( I think his name was Mick) was delightful and worked his tail off!

We've come to suspect first-rate food from the restaurants in 21c museum hotels, and this one performed as expected. They specialize in tapas-inspired dishes. We shared 3 small plates: squid ink pasta, hen-of-the-woords mushrooms cooked with chorizo, and patatas bravas. Everything was great; the patatas were potato cakes--not like the quartered potatoes I've had at other restaurants--dressed with an authentic crema and served with some tiny hot peppers (poquillos?); I found a very tiny slice of a pepper was the ideal amount per forkful. Service was top-flight, and the bar provided us with an indeal pairing of a Tinto de Toro from Villa Segunda--we'd also enjoyed pre-dinner cocktails at the bar. It's a great operation!
