   Igloo was not ready when we got there and they said it would be 45 minutes if we wanted to sit in it still.

   Hi Cory, we sincerely apologize for the oversight regarding your igloo reservation. As soon as we realized the issue, we offered to set up the igloo, though given the warmer weather, it may not have been a comfortable dining experience. To ensure you still had an enjoyable evening, we promptly accommodated your party indoors, provided a $50 discount, and offered a complimentary dessert as an apology for the inconvenience. While we regret the initial mistake, we are disappointed that our efforts to make things right did not meet your expectations and sill warranted a one-star review.    Our waitress was great. Very attentive and fun personality. Food was okay. A bit pricey for what it was. Was not happy that the reservation cost $50 and that didn’t apply towards our bill. Wasn’t worth it. We had a good time for our girls Christmas dinner which is what matters but wouldn’t do it again unless it was not an extra charge to have the experience. The experience is apart of the restaurant.

   The igloo was great, our server was very nice. I disagreed a little bit with the minimum because we were the only people there (no other igloos were booked, and it was lunch time) - but all in all it was good!

   I booked the rooftop igloo for a birthday dinner for my spouse. We were taken to our igloo and it was very cold. They turned a separate space heater on and it was still not heating the room up. The main heater went out three times. This is not an issue all the igloos because the one next to us, everyone was taking their jackets off and were in sleeveless dresses. Our drinks were good. My spouse’s meal was great (blackened chicken Alfredo). My food was terrible! I got the ribs which were dry and had no meat on the bone. I paid $27 for a meal and left hungry. I am very disappointed and would not go back for anything. I froze to death and my meal was not good at all.

   We very much enjoyed our evening at Rusk and we’ll definitely go back at some point. Winter time is fun in the igloos and summarized nice because you can be upstairs. It’s easy to park and get around, which is always a nice extra. The menu is nice and food is delicious.

    Great experience we rented the igloo out on the upper deck. Our service was amazing. We had only had drinks but everything was wonderful
