   Food has a very homely feeling. Very loud environment but in a good way. We had the lasagna and it was very filling. Generous portion. Would definitely buy the tray in the pre-made aisle next time. It’s a better value. One tray has 6 LARGE portions for the cost of 2 slices. Definitely worth it if it’s a date night. Lots of wine options

   We loved all the food we were able to have. Would have loved to be able to have dessert and coffee on the patio as well, but they don’t serve it - you can go inside to the cafe instead.

   Was nice sitting outside and servers were very attentive. Food for two did not come simultaneously but at least we were warned about that.

   We sat out on the patio and enjoyed a delicious lunch. Everything made to perfection! We would definitely visit again.

   Food was just ok, not very much flavour. The street side patio meant lots of traffic and fire trucks. It wasn't terrible, but for the price point I would definitely eat inside in the future. My drink was great.

   Rating: 3/5 The service at Eataly was good, and the quality of the food was also commendable. However, I noticed that the portion sizes are different compared to other Eataly locations. It feels like we're paying more simply because this location is outside. For instance, the pizza at La Pizza & La Pasta is priced similarly, but offers more variety and bigger sizes. The same goes for the main courses. While the food is still enjoyable, the value for money is lacking compared to other Eataly restaurants.

   I don’t even know where to start. The service, the ambiance, the quantity and quality of the food... everything was mediocre. I was there for my birthday and regretted choosing this place. There was no shade, the waiter was rude when we asked him to move the umbrella. We had to ask for everything: cutlery, water, pepper, etc. They charged my friend for an extra meal so we had to double check our bills. Staff were clearly overwhelmed, inefficient and overall not pleasant. I ordered the carbonara pasta and had 6 tiny pieces of meat in total for $32, that’s not how Italian food is supposed to be served, even in Toronto. I love Eataly as a store but the patio is clearly not up to par. 1/10

    This is not a patio but a terrace built up in the middle of the pavement on Bloor street, with cars and pedestrians passing by. We were 4 guests. Food was not served at the same time for all of us. It was served in three times. Food is average. My meal was way too salty. The portions are a bit small. The experience lacked Italian touches to make it a good Italian address.
