   III Forks My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at III Forks. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted and seated by the hostess, who was very kind. Our server, Jeff, was exceptional. He was attentive and witty, making excellent food recommendations. We shared the chicken-fried lobster and III Forks salad. I ordered the 8 oz. Filet mignon, while my husband had the sea bass. Both dishes were delectable. Our complimentary dessert was equally impressive. We extend our gratitude to Jeff for his exceptional service.

   Well prepared steaks with a great manageable wine list. The service was excellent and all staff were very attentive. The restaurant was well organized and the noise level was at a minimum so we could carry on with conversation and not be overwhelmed with chatter from other diners.

   We chose to dine at 3 Forks for a date night out before a show. The food and service were amazing. Amber our waitress was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to us for the entirety of our dinner. The food quality was outstanding and we had the manager let the chefs know how amazing it was. 10/10 experience and would recommend for a nice date night out.

   We chose 3 Forks for my wife’s birthday dinner. We made a reservation for 6pm on Friday. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. The service was excellent. Very attentive. The bread was very good and the butter and a very smooth and creamy texture. We first ordered the spinach & artichoke dip. It had a familiar taste but different than we have ever experienced before. My wife ordered the lobster bisque. Bland and no actual lobster in this dish. It was not good. We had a great lobster bisque two days before at a local chain that specializes in all things lobster and there was no comparison. For our dinner, we chose the filet and ribeye. We added mushrooms and brussels sprouts for sides. The filet was described as pink center. It looked like pot roast and had no flavor. The ribeye was ordered medium rare and was medium at best. The flavor was ok. The mushrooms were very good. The Brussels sprouts were undercooked and a little tough. To have the price point that 3 Forks set, I would have expected more. Very disappointed with 3 Forks.

   We had a wonderful dinner but they did run out of the A5 filet which was unfortunately what we wanted. Regardless the servers and staff were so nice and professional. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you.

    This was our first visit to III Forks. It did NOT disappoint. I had the Tomahawk steak which was excellent. The Brussels were way on point and the bacon jam scallops were amazing. They served the best bread and butter I’ve ever had in a restaurant and our server was phenomenal. Perfect way to celebrate our 30th anniversary.
