   Everything we ate was delicious! We started with the Beet salad and the Bread Crumb brick oven pizza and both did not disappoint. We then had the Pesto sauce with shrimp over fusilli and seafood clams, mussels and shrimp over linguini. We ended with the Pistachio Oreo cheese cake and Pistachio gelato. The martinis were made perfect. The waiter Paul provided excellent service and made some great suggestions. We definitely will be returning.

   Our first time there - was a perfect 10 !!! The food was superb & our server Paul was an absolute delight …. IL Colosseo is without doubt one of the best Italian restaurants in Monmouth Cty. Can’t wait to go back for another awesome dinner !!! Kenny M

   The food was exceptional,  the ambience was nice and the service was very good . The only disappointment was the limit cocktail  selection,  otherwise a very wonderful dining experience

   Excellent meal as always! Everything is delicious especially the shrimp oreganato over fusilli. Dessert was phenomenal too!
