Wow what a great find! In town for IHA Show staying at Home2Suite and walked across the street for dinner. I knew would be good when I heard the 80’s music playing 😉, but the chicken parm and house salad were top shelf, and the service “team” never stopped checking in, filling my water, and doing what has become a lost art of customer service. Told the owner on my way out (another sign of a great spot, a present owner). Be sure to check out, won’t be disappointed!

Expected more for how much I paid. House salad OK… Sauce lacked substance. Seemed as if came from a jar rather than created in the kitchen. Large number of patrons.. little staff. For being next to a major convention center I feel that management should keep ratio of staff to customers at a reasonable level.

Didn’t seem that busy but we were seated in the tent structure near the bar. That was convenient only for the bartender who ended up also being our server. Service was very slow because the bartender had plenty of bartending to keep him busy. He also didn’t seem to have much experience serving, so perhaps someone was out sick. Two of us got splashed with ice water early on and the hostess (likely manager) came by to apologize. Offered to pay for the round of drinks. Bill came with credit for one of the three drinks. I questioned it and was credited for a second drink. We were trying a new place as it’s close to home. Most likely we’ll stick with our regular spot.
