   Nice experience. But the lighting is too dark. Can't read the menu without a flashlight. Needs to be fixed before I go back.

   In spite of making a reservation a few days before, we were seated in the brightly lit bar area for our special birthday dinner. We did add a fifth person last minute, but looking around there were plenty of alternative tables where we could have sat, it was not that crowded. The waiter was nice enough, but we seldom saw him - we waited at least 10 minutes just to get water after we requested it. We were very disappointed in the service. Overall the food was good.

   Great service which was excellent, and the food was equally good. I did think it was somewhat over priced. We had an early reservation and left the restaurant after 2 hours and the restaurant was packed. I liked the Italy regional menu which featured specialties from Venice and ordered from those options.

   Bad service from completely disinterested table staff. Food was barely average. I have had better experience when I visited about a year back.

   We had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner from start to finish. We were greeted with a warm smile by the hostess and seated within a minute of arriving. The holiday decor was cozy and bright. The table and dining area was clean. Our server was very knowledgeable and our food arrived in a timely manner despite how busy the restaurant was. We will be back in the future.
