   This was our first time dining at Il Poeta and we will definitely return. The newly renovated restaurant is charming and welcoming. The food, service and ambiance was wonderful. Looking forward to our next visit.

   This was the first time to be there and my friends and I had lunch there. We tried the crab cake and grilled octopus from today’s special appetizer. Both dishes were very delicious! For main, I had ‘Tagliolini del Poeta’ (Homemade pasta in porcini mushroom sauce, wrapped with imported speck and truffle cream). It sounds heavy but it was not, and I finished up. I asked the waiter to put the candle for my friend’s desert as for her surprise birthday. They sang the happy birthday song and decorated the dish for her. My friend was very happy! Thank you very much. I would like to come back, and definitely suggest to try their food :)

   The food is always amazing, especially the eggplant croquettes and bronzino. The staff are welcoming and very attentive. You can always count on the consistency of the meals. It is a must for foodies.
