   This was our second visit to this restaurant, and we had a fantastic evening. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we enjoyed the live music. The wine list is extensive and enhances the experience nicely. The food was good; I particularly loved the Beef Carpaccio. I wasn't too thrilled about the carbonara I had—it was decent but lacked that punch of flavor. I recommend this place for any evening; I also appreciate its location.

   My pasta and meatball dish was just ok. The lasagna was excellent. If we go back that’s what I’ll be getting. The shrimp bisque that was off menu was great as was the bread basket.

   Delicioso. Delizioso. Délicieux. Oishii. Köstlich. Whichever language you choose, Il Splendido is delicious! Wonderful contemporary Italian cuisine. Ambience and service is perfection. The beef carpaccio is so beautifully presented you don’t want to eat it but trust me you will and it will melt in your mouth with a delicate texture and flavors that make you close your eyes and smile. The pomodoro is fresh and vibrant. The pastas are perfectly cooked. The mixologists are in a league of their own. Sit. Eat. Repeat. That’s what I will be doing. Mangia!

   Our first time at the relatively new restaurant. Beautiful setting and ambiance, and relatively quiet even though the place was reasonably busy the night we ate there. Our server was proficient and helpful, and additional staff not at all intrusive. The cocktails were well made, and all 4 of us enjoyed our starters. Several salads were shared, the beet salad probably the best. The lobster ravioli and the lasagna were excellent. I will say that two of us had the pasta with braised short rib, and we both found the meat too fatty and on the skimpy side. Would probably avoid. I knocked down the value score for despite other prices being in line with other restaurants in this category, the wine list was extensive but overpriced. Knowing many of the options, most were priced at least 3 times retail. If you choose your options for the meal well, you will definitely enjoy your evening.

   We had a chopped Ceasar salad & beef carpaccio to start. Ceasar was excellent, carpaccio was painted around bowl & req’d scraping off to be served. Lasagna & Carbonera pasta were delicious! Live music was lovely but too strong for dinner music. All of the servers were friendly & attentive. Thank you Jazz & Karli for making my b’day memorable.

   The food was exceptionally good and the service was attentive but not intrusive. The power went out shortly before our entrees were delivered and the ambiance got even better(no music). They added additional lights to the tables and it was perfect.

   We had a wonderful family dinner here. The homemade breads and Cesar salad we great. We had pasta dishes as our main course. Everyone loved their dinner. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. Absolutely recommend if you are in the Pamilla area.

    Another wonderful evening at IL Splendido. Perfectly prepared cocktails and varied wine sections, amazing Lasagna and Sea Bass, all with attentive service. Thanks to Ernesto for taking good care is us! Will return soon.
