Family owned In Contrada Vineyard, the oldest winery in San Antonio, invites you to visit us! Enjoy an afternoon in the vines while delighting in our house made wines and freshly prepared food.

We offer inside dinning in addition to covered outside seating in the vineyard. Outside you will find gazebos, sun shades, misters and fans. Its really quite nice!

Please make sure to note our Kitchen Hours if you will be dinning with us: Kitchen closes promptly at
Friday- 9pm, Saturday- 8pm . On Sunday the kitchen closes promptly at 5:30 pm.

Our Wine Tasting Hours are:
Friday 4pm to 10pm
Saturday 12pm to 10pm
Sunday 12pm to 6pm

No split checks on parties of 6 or more & gratuity is automatically added on parties of 6+

Tap your toes, sing along, and guess the correct song as we introduce you to the best game ever! This event is free to join and we have prizes for the winners. No experience is necessary and you don't need to be a walking juke-box to have a chance at winning. Be sure to book a table before 6 PM if you'd like to dine with us before the game begins. Table service will be available during the game.

    In Contrada Vineyard & Kitchen is a lovely place, and our drive to get there was pleasant. A friend of mine and I went on a Sunday at noon and sat outside. Very nice how everything is arranged. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable, the food was amazing, and we even had a guitarist/singer in the background that was really good. Definitely planning to go back and take more friends.

    Great experience! Wonderful service, friendly, consistent, and knowledgeable. The ambiance was beautiful inside and out. It was a beautiful escape! The food was excellent and well priced! Can't wait to go back!

    We visited on Father's Day, mid-afternoon. Difficulty parking in an off road, accessible parking space. Very uneven terrain to reach the pavement. The food was outstanding. However, our wine was not served until AFTER we received our appetizer and entree. We will return return to try the arrugola / prosciutto pizza.

    Didn't know what to expect, but pleasantly surprised. The wine was really good, and the food was delicious! We had focaccia bread to start. I had the lemon shrimp pasta, and my husband had the pappardelle. David was a great waiter and the owner, Ed, walked around and talked to diners. Can't wait to go back and try the pizza!

    First time visit. I had a reservation for 7:00 on a Saturday and arrived with my party (of 4) at 6:15 so we could have a glass of wine and check out the place. Took about 20 minutes to get 3 glasses of wine since the bartenders seemed overwhelmed. The host had a hard time finding us a table despite the reservation I made a day ahead. Finally we were seated, but I felt like an a**hole since I had to continuously check in with the host about a table. Food is mid. Wine is mid. The views are beautiful.

    We had a great food experience with service was awesome. Love the wine. The music playing was a little odd. I think maybe some more up-to-date or mainstream music may be helpful? But definitely will be back. Love the food.

    From the wine flight, to appetizers, to entrees, everything was amazing. Robust flavors, authentic Italian cuisine. The ambiance is relaxing and a great way to end the day. Highly recommend the Burata-great flavor and a generous serving. Will be back.
