   Food was excellent from the faccachia to the appetizers (polenta, bruschetta) to the main courses (spaghetti & meatballs, eggplant Parmesan, and more) to the desert (tiramisu, chocolate cake). Gerard was a great waiter. Place was very busy and could be quite loud, but that is not the fault of the restaurant but of the patrons. Will definitely return, this is our Italian go to now.

   Overall the dinner was lovely except for the drunk and loud patrons in the same room with us. Everyone at other tables was disturbed by the foul language being yelled and it was impossible to enjoy our party’s company. Thankfully, the rowdy patrons left and we all wanted to get up and applaud. I realize this isn’t the restaurant’s fault, but it was bad enough I felt like calling Danville Police. My gemenilli dish was excellent as was the bread pudding for dessert

   Inconto’s food is varied and well prepared. Geraldo was a skilled, informed, and attentive waitperson. One small issue we had forgotten about was that the tables (for two) are very cramped adding to the annoyance of overly hard and uncomfortable chair ‘cushions’. A more significant issue was the noise level from other guests - young and old - located too close to our table. Disrespectful noise level and inconsiderate open sneezing distracts from an otherwise high potential dining venue. The answer could be to eat at their outdoor tables, but an unlikely option in 48 degree evenings. We keep coming back for the food hoping that the logistics and patron manners will improve.

   We had a very nice dinner! Unfortunately we were seated right near an exit and as the door kept opening and closing (it was very cold outside) it was really drafty at our table. The beet salad was very nice and the Caesar was overdressed. Both were tasty but small. Three of the 4 entrees were outstanding! The salmon dish was very fresh and well prepared including the broccolini and potatoes. The chicken risotto was delicious. The carbonara was a disappointment as it was prepared with a heavy cream sauce instead of the traditional egg based carbonara sauce. The flavor was good but just too heavy with the cream based sauce. Overall a good experience and we will be back.

   While the service and ambiance were excellent, the chicken and mushroom risotto had a problem that is common to most restaurants, the chicken in the risotto was bland. On the other hand, the Lasagna was excellent as was the Frito Misto starter. The desserts, Gooey Chocolate Torte and Creme Brulee were also excellent. Nice to have parking on site - enter from the street behind the restaurant. Nice outdoor area when the weather permits.

   Highly recommend this restaurant! Food was absolutely outstanding! Started with the house salad, spinach salad with a fabulous balsamic dressing and walnuts sprinkled on top. Then had the pappadelle pasta with shrimp. Wonderful creamy pesto sauce. My companion had the lasagna which came in a cute casserole dish. She said it was fabulous! Also, the bread was really fresh, and I liked the fact that oil and vinegar were left in decorative bottles on the table. Great service! Cute ambience. I’ll definitely be back.

   I ordered the clam shower and it arrived barely warm with a thick skin on top. I ate the whole thing and was as sick as a dog immediately upon arriving home. I won’t be back.

    Nice location in Danville, Great parking situation. If you want outside it is very comfortable. Enclosed somewhat. Lots of seating and Heat Lamps. We had great service.
