   Fantastic food, most authentic Indian food we have had in a long time. Minor gripe, they could do with a bit more light to read the menu. Didn’t affect the delicious food though.

   Amazing restaurant with the best Indian food my daughter have ever eaten. The staff were all so helpful with deciding what to have and took the greatest care looking after us. Absolutely fabulous.

   Great food. Authentic and not your standard Indian restaurant fare. Bit of a wait but this was due to unexpected busy-ness from nearby gig. Did very well given the circumstances.

   This was my second visit, this time I brought friends to share the experience. We travelled from Oxford especially. Absolutely fantastic once again. We will return!

   Fabulous meal and experience at Indian Racer. We tried Indian food we’d never tried before. All delicious. Service was excellent. Ambience was perfect. A gem of a restaurant inside a pub I may never have visited if Indian racer had not been recommended to us. A perfect post hippodrome meal as it was just a short walk after our matinee show.

   Food was amazing although not cheap. The service was generally good but upon arrival we were told to wait at the bar and weren’t really acknowledged for a long while. Considering we had a reservation, the tables weren’t configured for 2 and it was 25 minutes before we were seated, which is a bit of a joke and also happened to others who arrived at the same time as us. Besides this, everything else was impressive. I really liked the decor and the atmosphere. Will return and recommend.

    Fantastic Indian tucked away in the back room of a pub - waiter was really helpful, food amazing - what a great find.
