Wymara's premiere poolside restaurant and bar, INDIGO, by Chef Andrew Mirosch features fresh, wild-caught seafood, char-grilled premium branded meats, a wide selection of other entrees and starters, along with a raw bar selection, pasta's and food from the garden, with many dishes featuring Caribbean spicing and influences.

INDIGO restaurant and bar also features a separate thoughtfully curated Wellness Menu of vegan and vegetarian dishes. Housemade desserts are also an INDIGO specialty.

The name INDIGO was inspired by the deep color tones of the Caribbean sea and is also the name of Chef Andrew's second daughter. INDIGO restaurant and bar features Chef Andrew Mirosch's Caribbean inspired cuisine complimented with mixologist craft cocktails and spirits along with an extensive international wine list.

Along with an elevated culinary experience and exceptional service, vibrant yet alluring ambiance under the stars defines this dining experience.

    We have been coming here for a decade..we miss what this restaurant used to be. It now feels overpriced with poor execution of the menu and very rushed service. It feels more like a well run diner than a fine dining establishment.

    Excellent restaurant with many choices to choose from. Our server, Valerie & Gerard, our host, were absolutely awesome and very attentive. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

    Great overall experience with a combination of delicious food, excellent service and beautiful atmosphere. We had sesame crusted salmon and the swordfish. Desert was homemade Icecream and a yummy chocolate chip cookie.
