Wymara's premiere poolside restaurant and bar, INDIGO, by Chef Andrew Mirosch features fresh, wild-caught seafood, char-grilled premium branded meats, a wide selection of other entrees and starters, along with a raw bar selection, pasta's and food from the garden, with many dishes featuring Caribbean spicing and influences.

INDIGO restaurant and bar also features a separate thoughtfully curated Wellness Menu of vegan and vegetarian dishes. Housemade desserts are also an INDIGO specialty.

The name INDIGO was inspired by the deep color tones of the Caribbean sea and is also the name of Chef Andrew's second daughter. INDIGO restaurant and bar features Chef Andrew Mirosch's Caribbean inspired cuisine complimented with mixologist craft cocktails and spirits along with an extensive international wine list.

    The description of the food in the menu was hyped, especially the supposedly greatest steak of the world, was dry and tasteless!  I would recommend any tourists in the island, to avoid spending $500 for a party of four and be as disappointed as we were. The building is very nice the light the blue light is very light in each table, the service is efficient & friendly but people go out to eat exotic and wonderful food. There are better places.

    We enjoyed our meal very much and the chef visited each table. All the food was great. Our server was slow and was not attentive to us, maybe he had too many tables. We had to wait quite a while to get our check, not good.

    This is a wonderful restaurant I would say 10 out of ten. The atmosphere is lively and the food is amazing. Chef Andrew has an outstanding menu and his specials were excellent. This will be a repeat resturant for us Everytime we come to Turks. Our new favorite for sure! (The only slight tick is the music could be a little more relaxing it was difficult to hear conversation at the table too much “base”)

    This was our second time at Idigo and it felt very rushed versus our first visit. We enjoyed the food and the service was very attentive but let us enjoy our meal and not try to turn the table quickly.
