   Indigo has the best food we have had on the island! We went there for valentines dinner and every course was done to perfection!!

   After all the hype we were disappointed Food was somewhat bland. Staff very friendly and attentive but service obviously rushed Lobster was tough.

   This restaurant has a buzz boutiquie chic environment. The service though was underwhelming and the food mixed. Our server seemed scattered and also did not know the products. I had to remind him that I ordered a coctail and it did not come until after I finished my appatizer. He told my husband that the T-bone was prime beef, when in fact, once we researched, it wasn’t. It was ordered medium rare and came out medium well. When we told the waiter he said - “no it’s not” without even looking at it. We then showed him the cut piece and he then agreed as the overcooked steak, which spoke for itself, was not medium rare as ordered, he took it back to the kitchen and put in another order. It took a long time to come and I winded up eating my dinner without my husband. As for the food - it was mixed. My husband had the chicken dumplings app and said it was just fine. I tried the seafood sampler and some of the seafood pieces were better than others. Next time I would order a ceviche app. For my main I ordered one of the fish specials - the duo swordfish and mahi. And as the description said - it was absolutely delicious. Fresh. Tender. Prepared perfectly. However it was sitting atop a few pieces of mushy veggies and a tiny bit of the curry sauce. The excellent fish quality made up for it though and I still enjoyed it. My husband did not think the T-bone he ordered for his main was up to par, even when it came back prepared medium rare as he asked. He wouldn’t order it again. I had the special chocolate coconut tart - and it was just ok. The sorbet at its side was very tasty. My husband had the strawberry sorbet. It did not pack a punch for taste. We had higher expectations for Indego. Maybe it was an off meal. The underwhelming service did not help. We would perhaps go back and try it again. Order some of the other liked popular dishes. My husband would stick to seafood. I would ask for a more knowledgeable server with the hopes of better service to match the upbeat vibe.

   At the Wymara resort we started with a cocktail at the Pink bar of which the service wasn’t very good so we went to the Indigo bar for a show and a cocktail. The bar tender was a real showman with mixing cocktails, Fun. For starters my wife and I shared the Indigo seafood tasting plate, perfect sharing plate. Seared tuna, lobster spring roll, lobster cake, salmon and scallop tartare. Amazing. Entrees my wife had the Barramundi with lightly spice potatoes and broccolini. I had the rack of lamb with a potato mash and basil pesto, roasted perfectly and so tender. Our server Carlos was attentive and professional. Our favorite meal on TCI so far. Two nights left.

   You will be impressed as we were. Exceptional creativity, flavors and freshness. Could not have been a better choice for a T&C date night. We sent compliments to the chef via water and he came out to greet us. Everything positive in the other reviews is accurate. You will not be disappointed!
