My husband often visited the restaurant since it’s near his office, especially when hosting clients or meeting friends. However, it was my first time going there. The food was decent, with both taste and portion size being satisfactory. The friends I brought along also enjoyed the experience. However, I felt the selection of main meals suitable for non-Koreans was limited, with bulgogi fried rice being the only viable option. Surprisingly, there are still quite a few people who avoid spicy food. Our server was very friendly and professional, which enhanced our dining experience. The main reason I felt compelled to leave this review, however, starts here. Upon entering the restaurant, there were two female receptionists at the front desk. They were neither welcoming nor particularly friendly, displaying an attitude that suggested they were eager to get tasks done quickly rather than provide a warm reception. Their lack of hospitality was consistent even when we were leaving—they simply stared blankly at departing guests without offering any acknowledgment or farewell. The primary role of receptionists at the front desk is to greet guests, provide assistance, and create a positive first impression. However, the two individuals we encountered failed to fulfill these basic expectations. Their indifferent and unwelcoming demeanor significantly detracted from an otherwise pleasant dining experience. It would not be an exaggeration to say that their behavior negatively impacted our overall impression of the restaurant. I strongly recommend that management address this issue through appropriate training and corrective action.

“An Exceptional Birthday Dinner at Ingle Korean Steakhouse” I celebrated my 23rd birthday at Ingle Korean Steakhouse on November 10th, and it was a fantastic experience. The interior design is beautiful and luxurious, yet still cozy, with many guests opting for casual attire, so you don’t have to dress up if you’re wondering. The noise level was perfect for conversation, and the atmosphere was just right. I made reservations through OpenTable and noted my gluten intolerance. Our server, Chaewon, was incredibly attentive, reviewing the menu with me to ensure all my options were gluten-free. She went above and beyond, explaining how sauces and marinades could affect my choices. We went with the Dinner Prix-Fixe ($80 per person), which included several delicious courses. For the side, we chose asparagus, which complemented the meat perfectly. The appetizer was the Hwe Moo-chim (salmon sashimi), and it was absolutely fresh and flavorful. For the savory meal, we picked beef fried rice, which was indulgent and satisfying. For dessert, I opted for chocolate ice cream, which was complimentary for my birthday. Ingle is unique because the servers cook the meats for you, ensuring everything is cooked perfectly. This is great, as certain cuts require specific temperatures, and having the experts cook them made the experience stress-free. The meats varied in texture—from tender cuts to fattier ones—but all were juicy, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection. The parking is free, though the lot can get busy since it’s shared with other restaurants, so be prepared to search for a spot. Overall, this was an unforgettable birthday meal. The food, atmosphere, and service made it truly special. Highly recommend making a reservation, because it is popular. A huge thank you to Chaewon for making my birthday dinner so memorable with her exceptional service and attention to detail. Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5
