Ordered 2 pizzas. Received one. Ordered a goat cheese and spinach salad. Received leaves, onions and no dressing. Ordered ice cream. Received nothing. The reason for nearly all of the issues is chronic understaffing. Manager comped the salad and not the pizza. I just paid the bill because we could not wait any longer. The restaurant has not been them same since Covid. The management should be embarrassed at their ability to run this location. The issues are location specific and the Media location is terrible.

Very disappointed. It was a late dinner and the waitress forgot to put our order in so it we had to wait 45 min then the kids food was hard and no taste. We got dessert and it was very small and the creme brulee was curdeled.
