We were quite unhappy with the recent menu changes. The offerings were more than half of what they used to be. We were told that this change had just happened the day before. My husband ordered the ribs, but when asked if he could substitute an extra Cole slaw instead of the fries, he was told no, that he could get broccoli rabe instead, which he doesn't care for. I ordered the eggplant parmesan with burrata, but when our dishes arrived, I was presented with the burrata appetizer instead. The server had ordered the wrong thing. A manager did stop by to apologize and the charge for my meal was taken off the bill to compensate for the inconvenience, which we did appreciate. My husband also was given the extra Cole slaw that he had asked for.

Appetizers were very good. Then I had fish and chips. The fish was good and hot, but the fries were not crispy and hot. They were mushy and cool.

This was the best experience we have had at Iron Hill. We are frequent guests, but our waitress was the best and awesome with our kids who were exhausted after a long soccer tournament day. The food was all delicious. The only downside was that they were already out of pumpkin ale, but with Halloween this week it make sense.
