   Service was very good. Our party of 7 was greeted nicely and promptly seated (we had a reservation.) Restaurant was nicely decorated for the holidays. Our issue was the food. It was bland and dry. Ordered the Voodoo Pizza and it was loaded with cheese, onion, pepper, and had barely any BBQ sauce or chicken (which is what makes it more of a specialty pizza). The bacon was left off entirely. When I mentioned it and showed the server, she asked if I wanted side of bacon. But everyone was eating and it was supposed to be on the pizza, so I just said “no, thank you.” For the cost of the pizza, leaving off one of the included meats should have warranted a couple bucks taken off the price. The chicken sandwiches, both orders, were dried out and had close to zero dressing on them. Nachos were small for cost, especially as there was no meat ordered on them. Beers were cold and tasty, and there was a nice selection. But we didn’t stay long to enjoy a second round since we barely ate our food. We had heard that the food at Iron Hill had gone down in quality, but figured it was location related (the person who told us that had visited a different location.)This meal may have proven that the franchise may indeed be going down hill, unless it was just the cook that day. But, many menu items we enjoyed are also no longer being offered…. Needless to say, we have already started to look elsewhere for our next family outing.

   Reserved a table, asked for standard seating, not a high top. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that there were only high tops available and the wait for a table would be 2 hours!! I have a medical condition but they didn't care

   We brought 18 people in split between two tabes and on multiple checks. A servers nightmare! The team at Iron Hill handled it with grace, smiling faces, and exceptional service. The food was amazing - I had steak frites, and everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!

   Your new menu stinks, you have taken away some of our favorite meals. The choices are now very limited. Two weeks ago I bought a ton of gift cards, now I'm not sure I'll ever use them. Your marketing people are out of touch

   Could be a great restaurant if they made sure that they didn't overcook the chicken sandwich or made sure the eggplant burratta came out completely heated through. Sparkles, our server was excellent.

    We really enjoyed the ugly sweater theme night! It added to the usual enjoyable experience we have when dining here.
