    My friends and I had a great experience at Iron Steakhouse last night. We made a dinner reservation in advance, and everything went smoothly. The drinks were fantastic, and the food did not disappoint. We ordered filets cooked to medium—one was a touch pinker than the other, but both were delicious. My friend had the lamb chops and really enjoyed them. The truffle mac and cheese was a standout side dish, and the stuffed mushroom appetizers were flavorful. To top it all off, the lava cake for dessert was the perfect ending to our meal. Great atmosphere and service—we’ll definitely be back!

    The experience was not good. It took 15 minutes just for me to get a water then I got rushed out of the place. It was not too happy about it.

    Overall I would recommend this steakhouse while at the Mint. Some of the seasonings (mostly in the Truffle Macaroni) may have been a little quirky but the steak was outstanding. The beer I requested was out but the waitress stated she could get more. After about 20 minutes my husband went to the Oasis bar just around the corner and returned with my beer in less than 5 minutes. We ordered the molten lava cake to go…it was not bagged or silverware was not provided. But other than those few things it was a great place.

    I have no complaints about Irons Steakhouse. We always get the Prime Rib meal and it is delicious.

    My steak i ordered medium came rare. Asked for reference. Took times to get correct, by then outside was charred. Not good. Rest of food was great

    Menu selections are minimal for what I expect from a place that claims to be a steakhouse. Had their prime rib and it was not a quality piece of meat, was over seasoned and finished on a grill -typical of places that simply warm up pre-done meats. Sides were tasty and large but lukewarm at best. Server was doing her best, but they were understaffed which translates to less than stellar service.

    Mushrooms & asparagus started our experience. Salmon, prime rib, & burger were the selected entrees. French green beans, garlic potatoes, corn casserole, steak fries, & sweet potatoes were the sides. Bananas foster the dessert. Everything was delicious & our waiter was wonderful.
