We offer our unrivalled Kaiseki menu for $315pp. Our Autumn Menu has been crafted a menu that pushes culinary boundaries while staying true to the core Japanese philosophy of harmony and seasonality. Master Taro Kiso is renowned as the chef who makes the most delicious onigiri in the world - he shapes each rice ball by hand using only his bare fingers, starting with piping hot short-grain rice that he cooks in a specialized pot using traditional techniques. For two nights only from Saturday 26th-Sunday 27th April, Ishizuka shall offer diners the opportunity to savour Chef Taro’s celebrated Onigiri, served alongside an exquisite selection of 8 dishes from Ishizuka’s Autumn Menu by Executive Chef Katsuji Yoshino.
