At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared. We are also proud to provide an excellent selection of the worlds best oysters flown in fresh for your enjoyment. In addition to our menu, our chefs prepare a varied assortment of daily specials that always add an element of interest to our every-day offerings.

    We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The food was top notch. We had a sushi appetizer that was the best I’d ever had and the chocolate espresso cake at the end was decadent. I’ve never had a cake melt in my mouth before but this did. Everyone working there was wonderful. They went above and beyond when people needed heaters or anything else occurred. I would highly recommend this restaurant

    This restaurant is super pretty and in a great location. The food can be inconsistent but the Sunday brunch is very good. I want to love this place, but the service is consistently terrible. Servers are unmotivated and not attentive at all. Baystar can do better.
