We have dined at the Ivy by the Shore for many years. This time, the food was under whelming to say the least based on our past experiences. The eggs were cold, the pancakes were so underwhelming that we were embarrassed because we brought first timers into the restaurant. We will think twice about returning.

Quite noisy--the restaurant could use some carpeting(?) or wall coverings to reduce the noise level.

service excellent as usual, love our gimlets, pasta special with veal ragu was good, not great....my daughter's salad with grilled chicken excellent...we will be back as usual...thank you again!

My wife and I went for Sunday brunch. Lovely setting on the porch, sun coming in, & fresh flowers on every table. She had the Ivy classic fried chicken and loved it. Very tender and delicious spices on the skin. The waiter recommended the crab cake eggs Benedict and it was excellent. Not cheap but a lovely and delicious brunch.

Come every year for my birthday! Start with pancakes delivered hot to the table and they are amazing!!! Best fresh juice there is! Everyone is so lovely and I always feel special! Thank you!

Except for the karaoke style music that often comes on its a favorite…. The jazz blues and rock is great the roses it’s a special place! I met the owner once and she said she likes to have all Senses engaged , very creative and special woman who has established a beautiful culinary experience.

We like the Ivy and especially the service which is always excellent. Today I made the wrong choice by trying the fish & chips. Deep fried shrimp, scallops and calamari accompany the cod, none of which was great. The branzino was perfect though. The blackberry and apple crumble with ice cream was delicious.
