You say it's theatrical so make sure you make it so. When the tomahawk was flamed it lasted about 20 seconds and was done on the other side of the room from us- invite us over to the kitchen / hibachi area so we at least have time to watch it, enjoy it, and film it. You should live up to your claims on your socials and all the bragging you do. Make it a big deal when we are right there with you on the night and show us the cooking excitement. Give us something to say "WOW". As it was last night, it just turned up at the table. Show us the love!!!!!

We dined in Friday to celebrate my wife’s birthday. While the environment was lovely and the staff were friendly, the overall experience was a bit disappointing. As my wife is currently pregnant, I requested that the tomahawk steak be cooked medium well. Unfortunately, the steak came out quite rare, which was concerning for us. We chose this restaurant based on the great reviews and videos we’d seen on Instagram, but this issue dampened our experience. The staff, while friendly, were not as attentive as we would have hoped. We hope that this feedback can help improve future experiences for other guests.

Absolutely amazing hidden gem in Brisbane. Of course everyone has to try the 1kg flaming Tomahawk. But there's plenty more delicious dishes.
