    Restaurant was very busy. Waited 1.5 hours for food to arrive at table. The menu was limited and a bit pricey. Husbands prime rib was lukewarm. Wait staff kept busy but slow to follow up on drink orders. Did apologize for long wait. Will return but not on Christmas Day again.

    Being one of the few restaurants open Christmas Day, the restaurant was very busy and a bit stressed. Food was very good and prepared to order. All in all, our experience was enjoyable! Intend trying restaurant under more normal circumstances.

    We had a great Christmas Eve. Food was perfect as was our service. Waiter Cory was outstanding. Took good care of us. Spent just the right amount of time at our table. Give him a raise, he deserves it.

    This was our 2nd visit and it did not disappoint. Steaks were cooked perfectly. I love the variety of side dishes. A great place.

    This was our 2nd visit in just two weeks. Great experience and value. Wish there was something like it in Lincoln where we live. We’ll continue to drive to Omaha to enjoy J Gilbert’s.
