   Was seated promptly at high top between kitchen and the bar waited 15 minutes never spoke to a server even though most had to walk by our table. We were on a timeline so we left.

   We booked on Open Table. We get there and they don't have my reservation. Even though I show confirmation email they said can't do anything and I had to join a 40 minutes line. So scared Open Table. Garbage.

   I hadn't eaten at Jack's in years. The service great but the food is meh. My salad was drenched in salad dressing and was really inedible.

   Great service by Kyle!! When nobody came to our table after waiting for 20 minutes, he came in and never let us down. Food was great, a bit expensive compared to other restaurants similar to your establishment.

   Great restaurant for taking family before or after sporting events at Lansdowne Park in Ottawa. The service is outstanding, friendly, efficient and attentive even when busy. The food is good and the ambience is really nice, comfortable and pleasant experience.

   Excellent night out. We arrived early for our reservation but were seated immediately. The place was pretty full but the service was quick and we didn't wait for anything. Great food selection, makes it very hard to choose.The prices were a bit high but I chalk it up to the location.

    It was what go be expected pleasant enough great for my 8 year old since there was a little basketball court.
