   Server was outstanding. Pierce was excellent tonight delivering top notch service. Despite the restaurant being really busy tonight - he kept the customers happy. Two other items that I was really disappointed with was the lack of heat with the food and portions. When a restaurant is really busy the kitchen needs to be organized and I felt this was a downfall tonight. Have a look at the size of the chicken fingers. Fries were cold, chicken fingers were cold. The second set of fries brought out were cold. It’s pointless complaining! We were straightforward with the hostess that we were not in a rush and we were looking forward to a good meal that didn’t pan out. Lastly, absolutely disappointed with the management on duty tonight. I had an issue with my inspired dining rewards - it wasn’t resolved and I should’ve just talked to the wall; sorry it wasn’t addressed at all and just being honest. My advice to customers if you have a reservation and you show up and you are told by the hostess that’s it’s really busy - just leave and find another place because you’ll just be disappointed.

   It was my birthday and decided to go with the family to Jacks. Table of 8 total (5 adults and 3 kids). Hostess was incredibly rude demanding that we have to pay a 18 percent gratuity; when we haven’t even sat down. Very stressful dealing with a family member that is disabled and three young children and a three week old in a stroller. It was very inconsiderate and she should’ve read the crowd better! Exceptional service displayed by the server to make up for this experience. The Manager on duty tired to do her best to make use feel better, but I do think we were owed an apology. Sharing my meal and birthday dessert photos. Overall not impressed! :(

   Second visit this month and only have great things to say. Christmas decor is absolutely amazing and today’s visit had Santa Clause. Waitress Tanya at the bar has amazing customer service. Food is fantastic!!

   Had a great experience tonight at Jacks. Service was great and the food was tasty. Shout out to our server Jenna who was excellent!

   Food was excellent. Service was slow and server was fairly inattentive. Music was too loud (not everyone is deaf, but a few more visits at that volume and the customers will be).

    Other then some of the food it’s was really great we had three chefs at the table and they were definitely picky with the food but the wings were amazing service was perfect and overall it was a great time
