    I’m sure the owners meant well but I just paid $220 for 2 people and the food was something you might get in a chain diner. Service was poor. The buffet was kept poorly stocked. Some food was over cooked, some under cooked, some warm, some not so warm. They should have skipped the attempt; focused their efforts on their standard menu; and taken the day off. This is a huge restaurant, with a weak operation. I am not optimistic about its long term prospects.

    My family and I went to Thanksgiving dinner and it was out of this world. The variety of meats, seafood, salads, sides, drinks, cheeses, bread and desserts: wow, so delicious. The service was excellent. The ambience was so nice. Not crowded. That was my first time having Thanksgiving at a restaurant and it might be our new tradition. We can’t wait to go back! There’s no place like Jackalope Ranch. Thank you Charlie for giving our 6 year old grandson a Jackalope baseball cap. It was fun talking to you.

    A pleasant Thanksgiving meal but very expensive for what it was. Service was Ok but nothing special. The venue wasn’t very crowded or noisy which was a plus. I suspect the high price of the buffet dinner kept many away.

    We felt so lucky to wander on to the Thanksgiving buffet. It was by far the very best Thanksgiving meal our family has ever eaten! The service was absolutely top-notch too!

    Slow getting our table, yes I had a reservation. Taking our order was a long ordeal! My grandson ordered a steak and when it arrived it was undercooked, asked to replace or recook the steak When it finally returned it was burnt black. I went livid Couldn’t find our missing waiter. I used to Love going there but it could be the last time. The food is still good!

    It was a wonderful first time experience at Jackalope Ranch. The ambience was great, the service was on point where we didn’t have to ask for anything as our server was attentive to us. The food was delicious and amazing, we would definitely return and recommend!

    This is a Montana’s trying to pose as a Ruth Chris or Morton’s. I was hoping to order a rib eye steak for $78 but I didn’t get a good feeling about it so I ordered a charcuterie board, I got a plate of high volume low quality meats and cheeses, no mustard,sauces or spreads.

    Good food. Server was extremely nice but getting my non alcoholic drink wasn’t easy for some reason. Cocktails came out but a couple of tries to get my “drink”. Ate outside and heaters were nice. The spotlights on top of the bar roof shine straight into your eyes if facing bar. Super bright. Ruins the ambiance. They need to be eliminated. Will ask to be up on patio under the roof. Absolutely do not want the overly lit patio ever again.
