   Booked for my Sons birthday when we visited NY. Great restaurant, very welcoming and great ambiance. Because it’s a smaller venue you get to meet a few customers which adds to the atmosphere. Food was awesome, as other have said, go hungry, portions are very large!!! Especially for us English people :)

   Children friendly staff, good place for family dinner. Extra delicious food, can feel the historic knowledge on burger-making. Acceptable prices. Minor problem is extra fee on card-paying.

   The decor is old time Hollywood westerns and eclectic garage sale stuff from an era gone by. The food is very good and the burgers are huge and juicy. The only downside to this restaurant is the size. It’s literally a hole in the wall type of place. If you are claustrophobic this may not be your kind of place. Try the one downtown, there is much more room. Bathrooms are the size of a closet and hard to turn around in.

   Waited over an hour for my burgers despite the restaurant being quiet— they claimed takeout orders were being prioritized over us. Never refilled drinks/water. Waited with 3 kids (I ended up having to nurse there because it took so long).. then they added auto-gratuity which felt inappropriate after all that.
