Nestled in bouldery mountains along historic Old Highway 80, in a magical high desert community lies the Jacumba Hot Springs Hotel. The hotel has been designed with a sense of place, with natural materials, textures, & objects from ancient & primitive cultures from around the world. Our restaurant offers indoor dining under vintage ceramic lights and desert landscapes or our large outdoor shaded patios under a canopy of old-world lanterns and pine trees with a live music stage.

Our menu features an International High Desert menu that showcases the farms and ranches of Imperial Valley, the fresh seafood of Baja, and specialty regional purveyors. The best experience I've had at a dinner, excellent food, quality, taste and price, as well as the attention from the bar staff, thanks to the attention of the bartenders for making us feel at home, and the Mixology drinks were the best.

Food is good. Ambience was excellent. Our server however argued with me regarding a complimentary celebratory drink that was offered to me before check in for my 50th birthday. This dinner was on my actual birthday, which we told her and I found it off putting that she felt like arguing the issue rather than checking with the people who offered it to me. It made the start of dinner awkward and embarrassing. How could a server not infer that a complimentary drink could have very well possibly been offered to someone on a milestone birthday?

Perfect dinner to top off a perfect day. Jacumba is a magical spot and Longshadow is a perfect, integrated compliment to the luxurious mineral springs experience.

The restaurant is lovely and the staff were all great. Food was delicious but I felt like my short rib could have been more tender but overall I had a wonderful experience.

We celebrated a couple of birthdays with dinner and the moonlight soak in the mineral pool. We all had the best time!! I can’t believe the level of customer service that was present from the moment we arrived. All of the staff went above and beyond, were extremely friendly and helpful while in the restaurant and poolside. The food was so delicious! So many great items to choose from and we shared many of them! The drinks were also yummy and fun. Definitely worth the drive for the ambience and experience!
