The restaurant was not what I expected. My friend and I were seated in an obstructive position, very close to another table and it seemed like we were in the way. Our appetizers were cold and no one came to check in or take our dinner orders. We had to flag someone down to order. After the check was paid, my friend and I were still engaging in conversation when a waiter asked us to leave so someone else could have our table. I’ve never had such an experience and was never informed of a time limit prior to being seated. Lastly, I checked my email and saw the restaurant cancelled my reservation 3 minutes before my time slot. I will never be returning and would not recommend this place.

This place is beautiful, I love the ambience. The food was amazing and good portions,. The service though could’ve been a little better. Our waiter wasn’t around as much and didn’t even ask if we wanted another drink. For them to add gratuity, I just didn’t think it was fair for her to get a good tip since she was barely around. But overall, it was a good experience, service just needs to be a little better.

Honestly don’t know how this restaurant gets good reviews. We were a group of 5 for lunch. Those who ordered drinks said they were good. I ordered a Diet Coke. It came flat. Tried a ginger ale . Also flat. Tried hot tea. Awful. One dish out of five was good. Everything else was just ok. Took home 4 sushi rolls for my family for dinner and they were awful. Two were inedible and had to be thrown out. The wasabi was a green color I had never seen before.

Overall very nice restaurant. Ambiance was very nice with nice colors, and fish pond in the middle. Bar looked great. Service was fast. Prices were on the higher side for the portions provided. Sushi, and indian Chinese items were good. The lamb entree was a little too sweet.

Jade Eatery and Lou was such a beautiful place. I will definitely go back there. The food was good very nice display the statues beautiful the Koi fish, beautiful just everything about it. Spacious fancy very very nice place.
