   A very nice evening. We were seated promptly in a booth - as requested - and our server, Rachel, was great - striking just the right balance between professionalism and engaging personally. The food is always fabulous and last night was no exception. My date had her beloved Mongolian been and I had my usual Szejuan chicken - both dishes prepared perfectly. We love Jade Palace and even though we usually go to the location on Shea Blvd., this location on Pinnacle Peak is much closer and thus we will start going there more.

   Jade Palace food and service is extraordinary; it's been so over the 20+ years we've been enjoying dinners there. It is the Chinese restaurant against which all others are measured and find lacking.

   We love the Jade Palace!! The food is exceptional, the service is exceptional and the ambiance is fun and slightly retro feeling with a New York vibe almost. Our server, Sarah, was beyond exceptional too. It is a highlight dinner for us always. Thank you!

   Wonderful as always! Service was impeccable! Had 6:30 reservations, called to see if we could get a 6:00 at the last minute and they accommodated. (They were also very busy)

    Our server Samantha was great. We have been to this restaurant many times and were disappointed with our dinner this time. We had egg drop soup, it was not hot or even warm; it had already jelled in the bottom of the cup. Entrees all tasted so similar that we couldn't tell them apart. Not the quality we have received in the past.
