   Went for March Madness. Manager saw that we were interested in one team. Suggested we move our table prior to the game so we had a better view. Amazing customer focus. Amazing

   We haven’t been there for quite some time and stopped in for a causal bite, drinks and to catch up with each other. We sat at the bar and our bartender was Julien. He was attentive, pleasant and ever so accommodating. He always came by when our drinks were low. The drink I wanted wasn’t on the menu but he suggested how to make what I wanted. It came out perfect! His shaker skills were very strong, which is important in making the perfect drink. Not many bartenders do that. IMO, he was the best one there. All of,our food was yummy. I’m quite particular in what I eat; we normally frequent the higher end restaurants. We will definitely go back again.

   I wish I could leave a review about the food, but unfortunately, we never even got that far. When we arrived, we stood at the front for 15 minutes before the hostess even acknowledged us. Once we were finally seated, we waited another 20 minutes—not a single server came by, not even to bring water. At that point, we decided it wasn’t worth it and left. We went to Not Your Average Joe’s instead, and the service there was night and day compared to Jake and Joe’s. We were greeted promptly, seated right away, and had drinks within minutes. It’s disappointing when a restaurant doesn’t even make the effort to provide basic service, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t bother coming back.

   Fun casual place. Food is good. I wish they would play less audio on the sports ( you can’t hear it anyway) and more music.

   Jake and Joe’s is one of our favorite sports bars. We go there to have a drink, eat some dinner and watch a game. The drinks are good, the food is decent, and the screens are great! Only problem is that the menu is heavy into burgers and meat, and not much into veggies. I guess that goes with the territory…

   The staff did a great time tonight! We went for the Celtics watch party and it was so much fun. Despite how busy it was, all drinks and food came out in a timely manner and the service was great!

   Great food and awesome atmosphere to watch every game. The food was really good for this type of restaurant. However, our server completely disappeared for long stretches of time.
