   I love the booths and the vibe. I had a blast. But I was with someone who had a hearing issue and it was hard for them to hear. I loved the steak salad. Our waiter was so awesome. My friend ordered a steak and it didn't come with vegetables. I guess you have to order that separately.

   Had small filet, garlic mashed potatoes and a house side salad. All were cooked expertly The martini before dinner was made well. Would highly recommend.

   I was really looking forward to a coming back to Jaks after several years of not coming here. I didn't realize how much had changed since the last time I was here and it led to a disappointing experience. Usually, we're greeted with bread and butter to start but apparently the waiter completely forgot about it. When we saw someone else get it towards the end of the dinner, we asked and he admitted to failing basically. In the entrees, you no longer get 2 sides anymore with your steak. You only get one and if you want something else, there's an upcharge. Speaking of upcharge, prices have gone up a bit. I got a 32 oz porterhouse to share with my wife and it was $130. While that's not crazy, and we did get 2 sides with this one, the filet side was more medium well and the new york side was the perfect medium temperature. I did not like the filet because of that. Our waiter disappeared a bit longer than expected after we got our entrees so we had to ask someone else to get us extra plates for our 2 kids. Also, they got our kids' order wrong but they were nice enough to take the extra burger back. Overall, I don't think the price and value for Jaks is worth it to me anymore. The $25 prime rib Mondays is also gone so another disappointment.

   Wonderful food, even better waiter, he was so nice and attentive and was always smiling, love that!! Made us feel so welcome! I have had dinner here before but never brunch, did not disappoint, we will be back this Sunday😂😂seriously we will, lol.

   Service was great. Thank you. Pork chop, as usual, exceptional. (Always come for the pork chop). Regret that they changed their menu to a lot of a’la cart items. Used to get a salad with your meal, now they charge you 12 bucks for it. Noise level was extremely high tonight, super loud upstairs party, hollering drunks … not sure what the servers could have done about it but very annoying. Hard to have a conversation over the noise.

    I’m from out of state and was here before, years ago. Obviously, they have remained consistently excellent in all categories. The steak is my go-to but they have a well rounded menu. I love that they have optional steak toppings that are a healthy portion you can share with others. Don’t skip over the potato pancakes! Yum.
