Jamjar tells a story of communal living and sharing food as a means to connect. The idea originates from the heart of Lebanese culture based on hospitality and generosity. Due to the abundance of fruits in Lebanon year round, households convert excess produce into jams that they end up using and sharing with neighbors, friends, and family members. We find that this unspoken ritual of showing affection through jam jars was the perfect means to bring our vision to life.

We take our well being seriously and we truly believe you are what you eat. We take this to heart at Jamjar and everything we put on the table is fresh, free of preservatives and prepared daily from products sourced through local suppliers and growers. When we’ve exhausted our local reach we take no shortcuts and have flown spices from Lebanon to recreate truly authentic flavors in our menu.

Set menu provided excellent value and it was delicious! Service was great. Perfect place to meet with friends because the noise level was such that we could easily hear each other and good lighting so we could see the menu. The only minor negative feedback is private dining is in front of the washrooms. Maybe provide better partition?

The food was amazing. We made a reservation and when we got there we found out we inadvertently signed ourselves up for the Set Menus...worked out perfectly though as we got to try some of everything,and everything, as said, was fantastic. It was just my wife and I, and we ordered one Vegetarian set menu and one Meat set menu and we were absolutely stuffed by the time the last dish came,...but we happily powered thru it. Drinks were pricey but we splurged and they were nice. Would definitely do the whole experience over again.

Absolutely the best meal we have ever had! A tasting menu that was so much food we could barely finish! Wonderful server who was authentically knowledgeable. It was a perfect meal!

First time at this restaurant,the food was excellent,my only complaint would be you need to improve you're portion size,for the money you charge way to small a portion.
