There isn't much excitement about this tried and tested place. Its main attraction was stability. The old gentleman at the front of the house wasn’t there — which could be an explanation. Inflation is likely leaving its mark as well — the cream cheese felt very watery. Avoid spicy anything as it is just tabasco on top. Take an extra portion of the cheapest rolls - they are plain good.

The sashimi and seared tuna were not very delicate or tender. But what was really memorable was the melt-in-the-mouth pork topping the tonkotsu ramen.
