The food was good, and the ambience was excellent, creating a pleasant dining experience. Initially, the service was great, but it quickly declined after our waitress was moved to another section. We experienced very long waits for food, drinks, and even the bill. Some drinks we ordered never arrived, which was disappointing . While the atmosphere and food were enjoyable, the inconsistent service left much to be desired. What was meant to be a special occasion ended in a disappointing dinning experience.

Our server, Christian, was excellent and the cocktails were good. I’d skip the seafood tower, as it was overpriced and lacking variety (the shrimp and crab claws were tasty though). We had a filet, mashed potatoes and asparagus, all were delicious and the carrot cake was phenomenal!

Food was fantastic. Waitress Jenna was great. Bartender was rude and the bar was a little bit of a fiasco, drinks could have been a better. Overall very good experience.

I’m shocked at all the amazing reviews here because the service nor the food was up to par . If I could rate a 0 I would . My bill was almost $900 which would be ok if the server wasnt snotty and the food was seasoned and my steak wasn’t dry. I will never visit this establishment again .. not worth the hype or the money unfortunately and manager never came after we said we were not satisfied .

The ambience is good but other than that nothing really impressed us. Drinks came really late and were weak. The appetizers were good. The tortilla soup was just canned kidney beans, very sour and very salty. We ordered the skewer tower. We asked the beef to be medium. It came burnt. The shrimp was extremely salty. The Pineapple rice looked good but again was very salty. The salad came after a reminder after the dinner was over. Will not return.

My husband and I decided to make reservations for valentines Day. We arrived 10mins early and were seated right away. We were seated in the middle of the floor. we asked for a booth seat and was told that they were expecting a big party. It was odd that a big party would be separated in multiple booths. Anyway, we proceeded to get comfortable where we were. We asked the "waitress " for cocktails and an appetizer. She went on to tell us that the item we wanted was not on the menu. We explained that it was and proceeded to show her. Her response was, " Oh." She brought the drinks after about 15 minutes and asked if we would like to order appetizers, we explained that we had ordered appetizers with our drinks. She then apologizes and says she forgot. Finally, our appetizer arrived after another 20 minutes, and it wasn't anything special. At that time, we ordered our entrees. My husband ordered steak and I the blackened salmon. We waited another 40 minutes, wondering when our meal was going to arrive. After an added 10 minutes, we see two servers bringing out plates each with the entrees we ordered. They proceeded to walk past us to another table. My husband and I watched as the parties at the other table explained that they didn't order what was brought to them. We watch the server walk to the kitchen door, speak with our "waitress," and bring us the plates. One look at our meal we were done. My salmon was extremely overcooked. I could barely cut it and my husband's steak was super well done we asked for the manager as was told " he is not going to take anything off, plates been sent back all night and customers still had to pay". After speaking to the manager, we didn't pay for anything. The manager told us that they brought individuals in to help with the expected influx of customers, and it backfired on them. We will never visit this place again.
