Javier's Irvine Spectrum serves original Mexican cuisine. Opened in 2004 and located close to the 405 and 5 freeways, the restaurant offers numerous entrees and combo meals. Javier's Irvine Spectrum selects and serves only the freshest ingredients, including sustainable and in-season seafood, natural chicken and center-cut #1 prime Angus beef. Every dish is prepared fresh to order, and guests may sit in the spacious main dining room, on the intimate patio, at the bar or in a private dining area.The dining room is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday until 11:00 p.m. Javier's Irvine Spectrum's full bar is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Reservations are accepted.

Overall, it was great. This is always a good restaurant where you can count on good food but if you see someone walking in with a walker that is obviously in their 80s why would you seek them at a table where they have to walk up steps?

Oscar was an amazing server. He was so kind and efficient. Our busboy was very attentive as well. They both were wonderful.

This place does not value regular customers. They are kind of snobby. They stopped their signature expresso martini that spells Javier’s on top. They say the owner only wants the one in crystal cove to offer it. Also they don’t like to butter fly steaks and did not serve My steak well done like I asked. It is not the first time I have been disappointed at this location and will not take my office team or my friends there anymore. Red o in Newport Beach is way better.
