Designed by the famous chef Roberto Solis and his partner chef Manuel Balan, Jayu is an exclusive Japanese food restaurant with Yucatecan touches, hence the name JA for Japan, YU for Yucatan.
The concept is a 10-seat bar in which interaction is created between the chefs and the diner.
We have 3 menus.
-Nigiris menu.
-Short omakase.
-Long omakase.
We do not share any menu as it changes constantly, as we depend on daily supplies for its preparation, which consists of fish, seafood, meat and poultry.

    No tenía experiencia previa en un Omakase, y fue simplemente increíble. Desde la entrada, donde la apariencia engaña y sientes que estás entrando en otra dimensión, hasta cada platillo servido con precisión y arte. El lugar es pequeño y acogedor, con espacio solo para 10 personas, lo que lo hace aún más exclusivo. Tuve la suerte de que esa noche prácticamente fue solo para nosotros. Me encantó el concepto de no tener que elegir del menú y dejarme sorprender por cada tiempo, siguiendo la visión del chef. Manuel, el chef, es un tipazo. No solo prepara cada platillo con maestría, sino que también explica todo de manera apasionada, haciendo que la experiencia sea aún más especial. La mayoría de los platillos son de mariscos, así que es bueno tenerlo en cuenta. Definitivamente, un lugar al que volveré. En mi caso, fui a celebrar un aniversario, y fue la mejor decisión: un ambiente privado, ameno y perfecto para disfrutar y conversar sin prisas. No duden en visitarlo

    Maravillosa experiencia que sin duda repetiremos. haciendo honor a la palabra fusión de dos culturas llenas de sabores, colores y texturas. La atención totalmente a la par de la comida, otorgando un valor adicional a la experiencia.

    En general un buen lugar, el servicio muy bueno, la comida fusión Japonesa/Yucateca buena, el lugar por adentro lindo pero su entrada no me gustó, aunque es parte de este trend oculto/sorpresa no me gustó; el precio alto en relación a todo en conjunto.
