The Acclaimed Monday Night Jazz Jam is Back (MNJJ)!! Started in 2008 by the late Founder Billy Hall (Piano), Co-Founders Don Black(Sax) Yvonne Coleman (Jazz Personality & Business Exec.) along with several founding members. We paused during the pandemic and finally found our new home starting this month at the newly expanded Jazz Tastings!! Live Music - MNJ Music Director Joseph Jevanni since 2009, his band InTensity, flavored with musicians & vocalists who are invited to sit in. 7:30-pm-10pm! $10 cover charge to book, $25 minimum spend required at the table per person.

Was in town taking my friend and his new fiancé, out to dinner celebrating their engagement. Everything was great. Live music was fun, service was good, food was delicious and the crowd was wonderful. People got up and danced a little to some nice grooves. We had a blast. Stayed way longer than anticipated. This was a Thursday night. This is a must do again.

Total experience was amazing. I went for my wife's birthday. The music was top notch, the service was on point. Drinks were good as well. Overall, I would come again and again and again.

The overall experience was a 10 for my husband and I! He is a Detroit native and musician at heart so I knew this would be a great date night for him to enjoy and be interactive. The band was the best part and they played music that we all enjoyed and the crowd was able to vibe and dance to. We also enjoyed the food and drinks and the wine menu was half off for Wednesday night. My husband said that Jazz Tastings is his new spot for outings and he is hoping they offer an open mic night as he is a drummer and looking forward to meeting other musicians in the area

Jazz jam. The first Monday of every month was outstanding. The music, the band the singers. What a great evening what a great experience so much talent. The food was good overall. The desserts excellent. Highly recommended.

Our experience was great. The food was good, it was a Tuesday night so there was a live band that invited people up to sing, play an instrument or any other talents. Our server mixed up our order, but that happens sometimes. She quickly corrected it and we had a great time.

I enjoyed my evening at Jazz Tastings. Gerry Williams band is amazing. Our waitress was very personable. We’ve been served by her before. My low rating on the food is because of the Steak Frites and Fries. I’ve ordered this before with no issues. Last night, the steak was on top of the fries which were soggy. Who wants soggy fries???? Keep it on the side. Overall, great date night but the food was very disappointing.
