Second to none! Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond—even helping with the pictures (you know you have to take one for the status, lol). Max was an expert in wine pairings, even offering a complimentary glass to enhance our dessert. My wife and I truly enjoyed Christopher’s and Jonathan detailed descriptions of every dish on the prix fixe menu. We tried both the "Sea & Land" and "Earth" options, and they made our experience at Jean-Georges Philadelphia truly unique and exceptional. Serena was also highly attentive, keeping our table clean and organized throughout the meal. This restaurant maintains impeccable standards, ensuring that each utensil is fresh for all eight courses. Before dessert, they even brought us warm, moist towels to ensure our hands and mouths were clean. Chris added an extra white tablecloth over the existing one, ensuring the dessert experience was flawless. And to top it all off, for our surprise, they sent us home with breakfast for the next morning—absolutely amazing! Reservations are a must, and they truly listen to your requests. I wanted to impress my wife, who had been asking when we could go, and we finally made it happen. The price, around $1,000 for two prix fixe menus (including tip), was worth every penny. A world-class experience!

The service was phenomenal. The place itself is one of the more beautiful places to eat in the city. The drinks were excellent. The food was generally very good. The bread selections (which they refill without you even asking) were great. We had a caviar and smoked egg yolk dish which was out of this world. The desserts were phenomenal. I could've eaten 100 of them. But there were some dishes that were disappointing. We had a crab dumpling appetizer which was way overpowered with ginger and other floral tastes. I really could not taste the crab at all. It came off more like a ginger soup. We also had two entrées, a steak and lobster. I enjoyed the sauce on both of these dishes. But the steak was quite tough, not seasoned particularly well, and not seared very well either. It was surprising given how expensive it was. The lobster was also extremely chewy. I mean like chewing gum level. Overall, we will be going back, but I do hope they correct some of these cooking errors because the prices are astronomical.

Five star all the way and the view is beyond tantalizing. Imagine looking down on the building you thought was the tallest building in the city. Jean Georges is a definite go to restaurant. Just calling it a restaurant in my opinion is an understatement. The staff are very professional and amazing especially Ms. Serena and it’s not hard to tell the chefs are top tier.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Jean-Georges last night and had a fantastic experience. Our server Antoinette was phenomenal—friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and requests. The entire team was outstanding. . The ambiance is beautiful and elegant without being stuffy and the views of Philadelphia from the 60th floor are breathtaking. The menu is creative and the food was excellent.

Classic American uplifted by French zest. A six-course tasting menu that packs a punch. Service was excellent. Ambience was lovely. One of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve been to. Would love to come back for a summer menu. Highlights: —Inventive “tuna noodles” —Caviar and more caviar —Some of the best foie gras there is —Broth elevating *simple* salmon —Subtle truffle in the beef tenderloin and two textures of onion paying homage to the fusion of two cultures: crispy onions and pearl onions —Dessert..love me some chocolate and fruit
