Joanne LIVE Entertainment Friday and Saturday on our Patio.

    Food was great. Service very problematic. One dinner came missing an item. Desserts a special sundae came missing all the toppings. Server merely shrugged and said we were wrong. Checking the menu on the way home and clearly we paid for an item that basically was gelato and sauce. No cannoli pieces no nuts no cherry. Rather than check with each error our server basically said we were wrong. The food was delicious but make sure you get all you order. Background music was so loud it was very hard to hear the others at our table and we were only 4.

    Server served us 2021 red wine though menu said it was 2015 and she responded that it is 2018. And did not let one of us taste it. Brought out four entrees before salads, and forgot my husbands order completely. Stopped by table to ask how everything is, then we asked for the 5th entree. Manager was fine dealing with this. But……why did it happen?

    The food was cold and the wine was warm. Service was very slow. This place used to be a favorite but the quality was way down from last time I was there. Disappointing all around.

    I will not go again on a night when there is live music. One cannot talk across the table with the noise created by the music-which I didn't particularly like regardless of the volume.

    We went for drag bingo on a Sunday which was specifically booked. Waited 40 minutes with no sign of bingo. When we asked what was happening we got told 10 mins before we asked the drag queen cancelled, which I do not believe. This would be fine if we had not been left to wait and asked what was happening. The food was good. And service was good but we were very disappointed with not being informed upon arrival and when asked if there was something they could do the manager didn’t even come over to explain.
