Jodhpur, a name synonymous to phenomenal hospitality and exquisite Indian food. It is the cultural capital of the state of Rajasthan (India) and is renowned for its rich heritage, opulent hues and ofcourse its culinary tradition. "Jodhpur Indian Kitchen" is our humble effort to recreate the fabulous magic of Indian Street food in the form of a restaurant. The story of this Indian food needs to be told - in the most authentic way to the gastronomes across the world. It's common to have a Thali meal during lunch in northern India, which has a variety of flavors. A well balanced nutritious meal (starter, mains, dessert etc.) to get people going with hustle and bustle of a busy day is presented in a "Thaal" - a large plate to accommodate all the sumptuous food served. It contains hand picked dishes from all over the India with subtle fusion to suit the modern food habits. The Chefs ensure that authentic flavours give your meal that extra zing.
