   The server was great, the place was clean and food was good. Great atmosphere as well. I would recommend to my friends and family.

   Food was just ok. I expressed an allergy and they didn’t ease my concerns. No manager /chef visit. The server seemed overwhelmed and seemed to dismiss it. Towards the end I was having trouble breathing so I stepped out while my family paid the bill.

   We had a party of 13, service and food was fantastic. We were seated outside next to a playground which was great because we had 4 children in our party.

   Food was great , hot and prompt delivery, seasoned just rights the melted butter is a great plus and FYI aside from Snow crab, King crab and included sides the calamari and its marinara sauce was spectacular. Cold perfectly prepared American Mule . The beers are huge and draft 20/40 was delicious. Family ambiance , spontaneous music and dance are actually a nice addition . Prices are fair and more than fair I would say . When we come back for sure we’ll pop in any of the Joe’s Crab Shack deliciousness!

   Our waiter sat at the table and told us it was his day off and he was out on his boat when they called him in telling him he was on the schedule. He then came back to her our order when he brought the drinks giving us minimal time to look over the menu. I ordered a shrimp plate and asked for no blacken shrimp but to replace those with regular fried and the plate came with the blacken shrimp. We ordered mozzarella sticks that came cold so we sent them back and they were better. He did not refill a couple drinks when requested. The bill came and we split payment. Receipt came back and it didn’t look right so I questioned him and he said it was right. Then he came up to me as I was walking away from the table to let me know he messed up and charged my card on another ticket. The manager fixed it for him and apologized for it as the ticket was re-run. We understand days can be different but felt too many issues happened not to speak out. Overall the food was good with the exception of the cold mozzarella sticks and the special request of the shrimp not being honored.

    Our experience was not very good. It took us about an hour to get our food. The wait staff was not attentive and the food was bad. The broccoli was almost raw. There was no one to take up our check after the meal. We had to find someone at the bar to close out our checks.
