   I ordered an alcoholic beverage, which had no alcohol in it. Drinks and food took forever to receive. This place is so overpriced for how little you receive. I think this is actually true about all Joe’s crabshack locations, but this one was one of the worst I have ever been to! The waiter was friendly and professional. Everything else absolutely the worst.

   Generous portions of tasty food. Our servers Naomi and Jose were friendly. Our table faced the river walk and the atmosphere was fun and entertaining.

   Kiandra was the perfect waitress. Happy, smiling, on time, knowledgeable, friendly. The crab legs were perfect. I spent an hour getting every bite. I highly recommend this place.

   We got a reservation and were seated near the outside so it was a little chilly. Once we were seated we waited for an hour and didn’t even have anyone come back to the table to refill drinks (we truly thought they forgot about us). There were only a few other people here so it wasn’t busy at all. Right when we were about to leave our food came out. Most of our plates were cold and got even colder quickly since it was chilly out. The steak was good but the seafood boil had little to no flavor sadly.

   Food was very good. Our server was a bit inattentive, but the experience was quite positive overall. The S’mores dessert is amazing!!

    Our waitress made the night. The food was just OK. None to her fault, there were only four people that showed up to work that day. Drinks came out slow but she made it fun and all better. Food had been sitting for a while.
