   We had booked a table for 7 months ago, we ended up getting a table for 6. My family had driven 5 hours for this dinner. We brought a nice bottle of wine to be corked, it took over an hour for them to get to it. We ended up moving outside to a table that could fit 6 but with a little more space. There was a rain storm and some of our backs got wet. Someone brought blankets over about 30 min too late. Our water came about 80 min into our dining time, our food order was taken about 70 min after we sat down. Epic fail Joeys. If I wasn’t with a large group I would have stormed over to find the manager but didn’t want to make a stink. Not fun for a $500 meal. No ketchup was ever brought over for my son’s fries despite three attempts to ask, along with other issues. I know the restaurant was busy, but maybe tell us before we sit down “you’re going to be completed ignored, you never got your table for 7 and the food will take about 90 min to get to you” so we can make an informed decision to eat here.

   Had a fantastic experience at JOEY Shipyards. Our server, Tara, was amazing—attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, and the views were breathtaking. The glass of bubbles when you walk in was a nice touch, adding a special welcome. It’s also a great spot to grab a bite before or after skating at the ice rink right across. Highly recommend it for great food, excellent service, and a beautiful setting!

   Our night at Joey's was excellent. When we first arrived there was a mishap with our reservation and we were not seated where we expected. The front of house team managed our expectations and found us a great table outside smoothly and efficiently. The manager who seated us was amazing and came to check in later too. Our server was lovely and food was yummy. We really appreciated everyone working to make sure our night went well and the swift ability to adapt on the fly and make it all come together.

    Thai lettuce wraps are the best!! Service amazing and the view fantastic! Oh, and the bubbles when you arrive!
